Sales Associate: Job Type: Part-Time Pay: $12-15/hr Position Overview: The Sales Associate supports daily store operations through customer service, cashiering, stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, store recovery, and general cleaning duties. This role plays an important part in creating a positive shopping experience for customers while helping maintain efficient store operations. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, friendly, and able to work in a retail environment. Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Operate cash register and handle transactions accurately - Stock shelves and organize merchandise displays - Maintain store cleanliness and recovery throughout shifts - Return misplaced items to correct locations - Help unload and organize inventory deliveries - Assist with maintaining organized aisles and displays - Support coworkers during busy periods - Follow store procedures and safety guidelines - Help maintain a positive and team-focused work environment Qualifications - Retail or customer service experience preferred but not required - Reliable transportation and dependable attendance - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Comfortable standing and moving throughout shifts - Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds - Strong communication and teamwork skills - Ability to stay productive during downtime Preferred Qualities - Positive attitude - Strong work ethic - Friendly and customer-focused - Organized and detail-oriented - Able to move with urgency during busy/peak times Schedule---Hours are flexible Schedules may include morning, mid, evening, or weekend shifts based on business needs. We are now hiring for both Assistant Store Manager and Sales Associate positions. Assistant Store Manager: Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $16-18/hr (based on experience) Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and motivated Assistant Store Manager to help oversee the daily operations of the store. This role is responsible for supporting store operations, supervising team members during shifts, maintaining store standards, and helping create a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, customer-focused, and able to lead by example in a hands-on retail environment. Responsibilities: Store Operations - Open and close the store independently - Operate and balance cash registers accurately - Assist with daily store operations and workflow - Ensure store policies and procedures are followed - Help maintain a safe and organized work environment Team Leadership - Supervise and support sales associates during shifts - Delegate tasks and help maintain productivity -Assist with training and onboarding new employees - Help maintain a positive and professional team environment - Communicate effectively with ownership and staff Customer Service - Provide excellent customer service and support - Assist customers with questions, concerns, and problem resolution - Handle customer complaints professionally and calmly - Help maintain fast and efficient checkout flow during busy periods Merchandising & Inventory - Assist with stocking shelves and organizing merchandise - Maintain clean, fully stocked, and properly faced displays - Help unload and organize inventory deliveries - Monitor inventory levels and communicate low-stock concerns Store Appearance & Standards - Maintain store cleanliness and recovery throughout shifts - Ensure aisles, checkout areas, and displays remain organized - Help create a welcoming shopping environment for customers Qualifications - Previous retail leadership or key-holder experience preferred - Strong customer service and communication skills - Reliable transportation and strong attendance - Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed - Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment - Comfortable standing, lifting, and moving throughout shifts - Ability to lift up to 30–50 pounds Preferred Qualities - Strong work ethic and leadership skills - Self-motivated and dependable - Calm under pressure and solution-oriented - Organized and detail-focused - Positive attitude and team mindset Schedule--- Expect to work 30-40 hrs/week Assistant Managers may work opening, closing, and weekend shifts based on store needs.
